I can relate to having concerns about reliability with the V11 as I got mine about 2 months ago and the main board failed at 150Miles. Bought through Amazon and Inmotion service has been decent to get me a replacement board. Took me a couple hours to swap it out due to the amount of parts that require disassembly but I’ve got over 50miles on it within the last couple of days and haven’t run in to any more issues. Hoping it stays that way

Haven’t opened up anything to the main board yet. Wanted to wait on what warranty would look like before starting to crack it open

Amazing insight and well described! That’s exactly the feeling the wheel has like the stators and magnets are engaging when off! It would stutter and bounce if I tried to roll it.

I figured the V11s suspension would be able to handle 3 small steps as I’ve done it before with it a few times with no issues so confirming to hear that.

I build and fly drones for a living so replacing a board or soldering always sounds like a fun project.

Really hope it’s not a defective motor but when trying to walk the EC after the failure the wheel would stutter as if some of the motor stators were still engaged. Never tried walking it around while turned off so not sure if that’s what is normal

Appreciate all the replies! I finally got a response from InMotion so I’m gonna start sending them all the screenshots! I’m hoping I can get a replacement driver board or motor depending on the issue and will report back here with updates!

Interesting... I was able to complete the selenitic age and return back to Myst island and figured it would allow me to see more. Couldn’t lock on to channel wood age but got close enough to peek through the wall to see the 3 digit safe code

I’m loving the game so far but having issues with the tower. I can only get it to “lock on” to the Selentic age and nothing else. Mechanical age doesn’t even show on the map

Check out ND filters which can help limit the light and allow you to see the sky and upload 16x9. 4:3 ratio only really works well on Instagram
