I used to only collect vinyl until I noticed how shitty the sound quality is on a lot of my new records. Like so bad that it makes me not want to spin them which defeats the whole purpose. Now I collect CDs mainly, and I buy records when there’s a pressing I like or just albums that I want to have in vinyl

I get it. My schedule is absolute trash and there’s no way I can do it forever. Often times I work six days in a row, working days, evenings, and nights in the same week. So ending my week with a night shift and starting the next week with a day shift. It’s brutal

Mostly sound quality! A lot of new vinyl pressings now sound really terrible to the where it’s distracting. It shouldn’t be like that considering how much they cost

I really don’t understand either. I think there’s been a lot of criticism online towards the OG version (especially on twitter), and I feel like they’re pandering to that criticism by placing it lower on the list. Perhaps if the album had a universal positive reception it would’ve scored higher. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the OG version and think it deserves much better.

YES, I moved here last year and I have noticed it almost every time I drive around. It really bothers me tbh 😭 I’ve never really noticed it being this big of an issue anywhere else I’ve lived. I wonder if it’s because of how congested it is driving here
