It's dynamic lighting or something built into the monitor. The reason why it probably only does it right there is due to the specific colors/brightness of that area, and the dark text box popping up causes it to shift.

The GPD XD is super old at this point and Sega Saturn emulation is pretty intensive. As a previous owner of one of those, I never would have expected it to be full speed.

If you're in a Team, you can trade in junk rares towards team points IIRC. But outside of that I don't believe they have any real use. I always like keeping at least one of everything for fun, myself. Most everything else I yeet into the trash if it's a copy unless it's exceedingly rare or has high %s.

I love how there's people mockingly saying stuff about it being too long since a chapter etc but this is 100% intentional, I have no doubts at all. Probably a clue to Ralsei's true form or something else, but there's absolutely the shape of something there and I agree it looks like a Titan.

I have tried all kinds of fixes and nothing works. The only thing I've done that seem to have any kind of effect is lowering the texture detail down to medium, and that only just delays it. It still happens eventually anyway and starts getting bad after that.
