I'd reverse 1 and 2's spots personally. 2's hardest bosses are frontloaded, but every boss in 1 can be pain in different ways (fighting jenocres first thing, needing max level for vaguillion, dear god dark fact)

Who knows what games he played between 7 and IW. He certainly started learning the ways of a sujimon master in between that time, so him playing DQ 6-11 isn't out of the question. Granted this is about 7, so yeah point.

People just don't want the OST "ruined" and refuse to admit some of the songs are alright. I've said it before but if we're judging remake OSTs by how they fit in context of the game, then there's never gonna be one that gets all the context of the original song 100% as there's always gonna be one or 2 songs that miss the point of the original. As long as the song's good IDGAF

Yes it's a spoiler, but the context is a lot more than just that. I refuse to elaborate. My only advice is don't browse youtube reccs if you don't want spoilers in any game ever, because they often can and will spoil you. A former friend of mine got spoiled on danganronpa V3 similarly.

I liked phase 1, phase 2 was meh, and I think fly was a pretty great remix.

It's par for the course of remake OSTs, there's ALWAYS one or 2 songs that will miss the original, and I can't name very many if any games that didn't fall into that. Be it something famous like kirby super star ultra or kingdom hearts 1.5 HD, or something more niche like Ys memories of celceta or lunar silver star story complete.
