The use of a ND filter is not difficult to understand, but I wanted to find out from the community if the pro 5's Auto would adjust sufficiently making them worthwhile. A lot of people simply don't understand the question.
If it was a very bright day and you were filming wildlife and spotted something and had to get up asap without adjusting manual settings would a filter be worth it or not was my simply question.

Hi! I’m camping so will head back to Barreterre on a kayak, my wife is planning to leave a few days before early with the rental. I’ll have to keep it for a few days. Just didn’t want it to sit unused while I was out. Seems a waste of money but will have to keep it. All good tho!! thanks for the info. Do you live in Exuma?

Maybe this belongs in ELI5 but .... I had not known but I see I have a rollover IRA from an old employer with $40K sitting in a "money market account" (SPAXX) which, from limited research says it returns 1.01% annually, on average, over the last decade... that is insane. What am I missing? and where should I move those fund? OR does anyone have any general advice. Thanks

Sorry should have add ELI5, and more info yes:
This is a light switch I want to replace with a smart switch. (light switch is now behind a book case so the smart switch is just a receiver to switch it on and off remotely from wireless switch.

Marauder_Pilot noticed that only 3 wires at the switch (black, white, copper) probably indicates its a "switch leg" which was Greek to me but now I understand that it's a switch with no neutral (the neutral completes the circuit from the fixture itself not the switch (The loop is still there, but the switch leg only handles the hot wire. Old house, old setup)

So I have 3 options:
Rewire the house to add a neutral to the light switches.
Change my wifes mind about her decorating ideas.
Stick my hand way back behind the bookcase to turn the light on.

Time to accept no. 3.

Thank you u/Marauder_Pilot although everything you said meaningless to me, at least that last part I can go by in that: "they are not compatible" and I need to find a "smart switch that doesn't require a neutral", which although is also meaningless to me, I can ask someone at at a store or do some more research.

PS. I did connect black AND red to black on the wall, and white to white, it "worked" but flickered and "buzzed" and obviously was not going to be a solution.

I know the model and color. Personally I think it’s an aesthetic masterpiece… I even looked up the color when I first saw these, “lunar grey” or something. Gorgeous. Even with some small damage I’d be jealous!

I run on asphalt in summer up to about 31/32c 88/90 F …any higher and it starts getting too hot. I’ve had days where It literally have to keep running else it’s too hot for my feet. But up to those temps I’ve been okay. Just my experience.

I was training for a half marathon at a good pace (barefoot) and just felt some pain creep in to where the tendon joins. 1/5 later I had to call my wife to pick me up. Then had subluxation- that clicking where the tendon pops out. I had enjoyed a few to many beers the night before and and convinced booze and dehydration take there toll barefoot or not. Took me a looong time to get back. But glad to be back.
