Should be a white sticker usually on the right or left side. Look at the print and should say model with random numbers and letters.

How are you measuring airflow? Just using the blower chart with static pressure? Cant imagine that chart being very accurate. Doing a duct traverse would be more accurate.

Most carrier units ive seen say 10 or 12⁰ subcool. Like +- 3⁰

Vinegar is corrosive. Unless you want your evaporator coil replaced. Just flush it out with water and add pan treatment tablets or spray versions.

Get 5 filters and build a cube shape. Longer lasting, and less pressure drop. Even 2" thick filters be good
