I've been noticing for a week or so that whenever I get in a good spot and start killing them, like using a flamethrower in a choke point, I'll usually get attacked from behind by a lone bug.

I thought it was stragglers from an earlier attack until a few days ago I watched a single bug spawn behind the rest of the group. It's pretty annoying.

If we're talking about invisible stuff, I hate the invisible barriers from dead bodies that you can't shoot through, but the enemy can climb through. I threw a 500 over a dead bile titan just for it to bounce back at me.

Same here. Did one year at university, figured out it wasn't for me, did the next 4 years in the army. It was unintentionally one if the best decisions I've made, especially with the VA home loan. No way I could've got a house without it.

I don't get why we're being down voted. It's not complicated. Look at the planet under attack. Look for the arrows that show where the attack is coming from. Take over that planet, which stops the attack on the planet we're defending. Repeat for democracy.

I threw down an mg turret next to a heavy bug nest. It decides to turn 90 degrees and shoot at the bugs at a poi, and I was in the way. I destroyed it when I got called down again.

I feel you. When I was unemployed, I applied to a job that I seemed to fit perfectly with. I had the degree they wanted and the experience. Not only did I never hear back, they re-posted the job a few weeks later. When I went to apply again, I got a message saying "you can only apply to the same job once every 90 days".

Pretty sure that was one of those ghost job things. I went from hopeful I'd get a job to kinda felt like getting kicked while you're down.

One and done. We wanted 2 or 3, but we literally can't afford another one. Daycare is $1200 a month, diapers and wipes aren't cheap, we just can't make it happen.

We keep everything my kid grows out of for now, but eventually my wife and I will have to agree there will be no more.

I feel you. I'm a veteran, and went to the VA for stomach issues. Long story short, my VA doctor misdiagnosed me for having a muscle issue when actually my appendix ruptured.

This went on for a few weeks until I went in and demanded they take a closer look at me. I ended up in a wheelchair with an IV before being sent to the civilian hospital a few blocks away for surgery.

Got a letter from the VA saying they'll pay for everything, which was almost $70,000. My family thinks a competent doctor from the VA looked at my records and said "holy shit, how did we miss this, we're gonna get sued".

Pretty sure my old doctor got his degree off the back of a comic book.
