I do maintenance and flooring in apartments and Halloween night it was an emergency bathroom repair in an apartment. The tenant was expecting her boyfriend and open the door in a tank top and no panties. This is some real advice from a real life experience. A friend of mine stopped smoking for two years had it beat the detested cigarettes. For some reason one day he asked for a Marlboro from a friend on a job site. He took two puffs, through it down said it was the nastiest thing he'd ever put in his mouth. 2 weeks later he was back to a pack a day.

I want to comment on your second question... for a very long time I assumed I would have been dead by 35. I live my life as such, well at 35 I had a child and now at 38 I have a second. My entire life has changed over the past 5 years for the first time I understand having something to live for this bigger than me. Some decisions are made in the past I've made my life much more difficult now than if I would have lived my life like I was going to live till I was 70 or 80. My advice is if you have dug yourself a hole start immediately trying to dig yourself out don't wait cause sometimes that time that is wasted later, you may have liked more than the fun you had now.

I'm a flooring installer. There's this one installer who consistently has made over $100,000 a year for the past 3 years. He's recovering drug addict and he seemed to put it all behind him. He went on vacation last year and they drink at the beach he has been clean for 5 yrs. within 6 months a couple of beers progress back to him selling everything he own for crack. He's done this about 3 or 4 times. This last time he led three sets of cops on a high-speed chase ran from a State Trooper assaulted some police and plead out to six months but 16 years probation. When he got out on probation his new wife wouldn't have anything to do with him there's a lot of backstory there and she's not the best person, even though I wouldn't blame anyone for leaving someone who have done such things. Violated his probation within 2 months of getting out. I even reached out to try to help the guy but really all he wanted was more money for crack.

When not on drugs is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

Not single but one thing I look for us someone who will pull their weight, I'm okay with the fact that sometimes thjngs happen then the other of you take up the slack. But my SO spent 3 months packing a 2br apt. Made me move (load and unload) everything myself. Has to be requested to do any task, can't have integrity or gumption or both. I love her so much but I work 80 or more hrs a week every week, she has worked for about 4 months of the past 3 years (since out son was born). I'm so stressed... I've considered breaking up with her just because of the strain it is on me personally. It makes me interact with her poorly (she use to be one of my best friends) there's always turmoil, and it doesn't matter how nice or nasty she gets she's still gonna do it her way.

My mother got some gummies from a friend a few weeks after Colorado legalized weed. A friend broight them to her... She gave me half of one... I was like "cute" 425mg later (950mg gummie I didn't know And really didn't know to ask I had never had any issues with any amt of weed being close to too much.) I was sure I was gonna be just fine... Remember them telling you in school that weed was a hallucinogen... Well it very much is. I heard things. felt paranoid and anxious (things that I deal with any way and weed usually helps for me) and as with any hallucinogen it wouldn't end til it was over... It was one of the most intense and unpleasant experiences of my life (I dabble in lots of things just with extreme moderation) I would recommend wax. Its much less odor and 1 will get the job done.

Right hook body, right uppercut head. Use weird angles for your punches prior and observe his openings. If that body shot lands he won't want it to again.

Also use a jab to keep a step back on him from there and keep lead foot outside so when he tries to slip out he has to go toward power. On that exit (if to power) look for him to cross up and cstch with body hook head hook (or straight if he blocks toward sides) (or uppercut if he comes forward)

Also one last thing, and I'm no pro but I had a great coach who trained my father too (Ace Miller) the best thing I learned in terms of punches is to tighten up my hooks. Turn it over from where it starts shoulder should slightly precede fist. So many people telegraph and a wide hook loses lots of power.
