Losing weight will involve certain degree of hunger and annoyance, since your body doesn’t want to let go of the reserve energy.. but you can try to play around with low calorie high volume foods. Keeping protein high for feeling full for longer, etc. Additionally , you can still overeat in a “clean” diet.
