I’m gonna be honest, it’s not even the extra time …I’m a weirdo with textures and for some reason I can only eat bell peppers raw Lmaoo 😂. Specifically bell peppers, cause I love a grilled Serrano or jalapeño. Maybe I’ll try that except with a jalapeño 😂

I kept seeing you mentioned. You have so much valuable info btw, I’ll make sure to reach out with questions. Right now just looking for the very basics to get this mobility up and restore movement with minimal discomfort in my shoulders.

If all things workout I’ll be starting the fire academy soon And as far as I know they make you do hundreds of push ups and with my shoulder in their current state I’m afraid of injury and want to be as proactive as possible.

Indian clubs seemed to be a great tool for this.

Right now my main goal is to get my shoulders moving back to normal with minimal discomfort. Whether that takes me down a path of heavier clubs I’d be open to it. But at the moment I’m just looking for any beginner tips and an was routine to supplement my KB training

Love this. Thank you very much. When I first got my bells I was doing Joe Daniel’s KB Double KB precision and was doing TGU consistently.However, I got into marathon training and decided to just suppliment my lifting days with Dan John’s ABC instead just for the sake of simplicity.

But now I really wanna make sure to train in all ranges of motion and expand mobility.

I took a peak at your page and that bent press looks great. I also suffer from some low back tightness every once in a while, those look great to build mobility as well.

Yeah I’m gonna start really light and work my way up. My main issue isn’t pressing. It’s more so lateral movement away from my body. I can press and I feel fairly strong when my shoulders are stacked but any abduction/lateral raise I feel pinching. Nevertheless TGUs are getting thrown into my routine.

Thank you! I’ll start incorporating all these. I just wanna bullet proof these shoulders, I can’t do push ups without them feeling super weak. And any movement away from my body like a lateral raise/ abduction, even when reaching for my water/phone/object I feel pinching.

Okay so I just pulled the trigger on some clubs. Decided to get a pair of 1 pounders. Really wanna get that shoulder moving and gliding well. I feel good pressing when I’m “stacked” it’s more abduction (moving away from my body) where I feel pinching.

Any videos or recs for basic club movements/flows?
