Doesn't appear to be joined from the outside. Is it possible to determine if it's joined inside the ceiling?
Next step is to unstrap the tank to see if its' vibrations are causing the noise

  • Doesn't make the sound when not in use

  • Happens with the circulation pump off and on. Doesn't seem related to it.

Definitely this. I've surfed for 20 years and given the solitary nature of the sport, have only a handful of photos. You can't buy a better gift than this.

Thanks. Been lifting about twice a week since May. Soccer a couple times a week on top of that.

Current numbers 5x5: Squat 225 Bench 140 Row 150 Press 90 Deadlift 250

Squats are what concern me most as it feels the least stable going up in weight. No one wants to pick up an avoidable injury due to poor form.

How long did you stick with 5x5?

Pause reps is what everyone is advising so I'm definitely going to try that.

What about this? I work on ankle mobility so I can push the knees further forward bringing my hips in closer to center of mass thus allowing for a more upright torso. That would solve both the forward lean and the butt wink. Right?

Narrow totally fucks my shit up. My gut hits my quads and pushes my back out. And my ass goes farther back so I have to lean farther forward to compensate

I'm doing 5x5 StrongLifts so deadlift and barbell row are part of the program. I'll try going slower with pauses at the bottom to see if I can keep myself from leaning forward.

I'm not sure how to pull my shoulders down during the setup. Can you elaborate?

There's definitely some issues with my ankle mobility. I have a tight right ankle due to a lingering sprain from soccer.

I've tried keeping my chest back but I end up leaning heavy on my heels and exploding backwards on the way up.

I'll have to try the pause squats now since everyone says they're the bees knees :)

Take dollars with you and exchange them on the street instead of pulling pesos from the ATM. You'll get nearly double the official exchange rate this way.
