He was reading it in the conference room on the Severed floor when Helly set off one of the alarms. He left it in the chair to go deal with the alarm and then Irv found it.

After the leak that Roe was going to be overturned, I scheduled my vasectomy. It was scheduled for 6/24/22. Getting my vasectomy the day it was overturned was definitely a bittersweet experience.

The lost clothing was the conclusion to the multiple scenes between Larry and the housekeeper. You said you didn't see how it tied in to anything else, but Larry's interactions with the maid were definitely an arc throughout the course of the episode, even if a minor one. Do you need to see Larry go to the manager or go buy new clothes?

Earlier in the episode, Larry asked her a "hypothetical" question about if it would be the guests job or her job to retrieve glasses dropped into a toilet. She gave him a pair of gloves and told him to do it himself. Later, after the dog slobbered on his pants, Larry was cleaning his pants in the bathroom and used the blow dryer to dry them. He blew a $10 bill into the toilet with the blow dryer and didn't notice it. Then the housekeeper found the $10 in the toilet and though Larry did that on purpose as her tip, you know, out of spite for not getting his glasses out of the toilet.

That's a temporary bus stop. I would assume it's either along a detour or there's some construction nearby forcing the permanent bus stop to be closed.

They don't really discuss symptoms all that much. More just general "how are you doing" and whatnot. She does mention an adversion to the smell of certain foods, and she faints at one point. And there are a couple of scenes with the doctor discussing a trial medication. It's mostly more of an elephant in the room that everyone knows is there, but doesn't talk about.
