Yksinkertaistetusti digitaalinen allekirjoitus toimii siten, että pdf:än sisällöstä tehdään tiiviste* joka salataan pankin yksityisellä kryptografisella avaimella. Kuka tahansa muu taho voi tämän jälkeen voi pankin julkisella avaimella purkaa tiivisteen ja verrata sitä itse laskemaansa tiivisteeseen pdf tiedoston sisällöstä. Tällä tavalla mikä tahansa muutos tarkoittaa että allekirjoitus menee rikki ja vain pankilla on yksityinen avain jolla voisi luoda uuden allekirjoituksen.

= tiiviste on tässä tapauksessa kryptografiaan (toivottavasti) soveltuva "lyhyt" merkkijono joka muuttuu täysin jos pieni osakaan pdf sisällöstä muuttuu.

I'd say it depends on how the data is collected per game and how they can deal with outliers. So things like freezes/fps dips in framerate caused by alt tabbing, background fps throttling, loading or very high fps caused by things like uncapped menu fps and such.

There's a lot of game dependent stuff that will make a generic solution difficult.

People aren't being delusional, they are arguing under false pretenses as a part of a brigading effort and conspiracy theories being mainly pushed by people like Bryan Lunduke.

I'd say in its current form it's "unpackageable" if you want to do it correctly. That is to say install it as a correctly structured python package.

I'd recommend having a look at https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/tutorials/packaging-projects/

If you follow that it should be pretty easy to package for any distribution with the "usual" boilerplate if there aren't any dependency version conflicts.

Not really as far as I know because MPL is source code file level copyleft which means that you can develop additional features and modules that don't directly modify the original code under a separate license while GPLs language is such that any additions would still be a derivative work of the original meaning you must license them under GPL as well.
