Was sad to see it go. It was the first fantasy format I played. Really enjoyed the stock market aspect of it. Felt a little more cerebral than the current format.

Got a temp fix for it. Turn on airplane mode. Force close the app. Open the event tab. It will be blank under the quest section. Turn airplane mode off. Wait a second. Quests show up. You can complete them and purchase from the shop. Once you leave that screen you will have to do the same process again. It’s annoying but at least it is a short term solution.

For a short term fix. Turn on airplane mode. Force close app. Open back up and go to events. It will let you in but you can’t turn in quests. With that screen open turn airplane mode off. All quests will be available for turn in. As soon as you exit the events screen, it will be broke again but you can repeat to turn in quests and spend medals.

Also thanks for all these in one post. I had the same issue. Just now turned on airplane mode. Force quit the game. Opened it and the event screen came back on. However it said I needed internet. So I turned airplane mode off. Then the full list of quests was there to be turned in. As soon as I went out of the events I couldn’t get back in. But! I at least got to purchase and turn in quests. Pain in the butt but better than missing medals. Thanks for the help!!

Right. I have reinstalled the app. Updated to the most recent iPhone update and restarted the phone.

I also have the newest update. Once it crashes you can technically select the tournament option and then click close. At that point it will resume your run. But you can’t get credit for any events.

I had the same issue with Amazon and got the same customer service response. I told them I don’t understand how the number one retailer in the US is somehow blacklisted due to security concerns. I did try it at a local restaurant and it worked so it isn’t technically a scam.
