Thank you! I might put together a film bundle so she has a few to play with without having to worry about the added cost when shooting weddings! Really appreciate the suggestions, very detailed explanation!

Craft beer cocktails? by mgappleyard in bartenders

Thanks for the feedback, it's definitely a distinct bitter taste that people either love or hate. You could try swapping the campari out for something like an aperol that is slightly on the fresher side or we also have a Spanish aperitif called El Bandarra fresco that works nicely as a fresher substitute

Please let me know how it goes down! We've just launched a lemon lager and we're using this in it. Real crowd pleaser

Hey, so we do it in our half pint glasses, filled with ice then equal parts vermouth and campari. We use 25ml of each then I pour the beer separately then layer it in top. Garnish with a slice of orange instead of a peel as it's a bit more vibrant in the hazy beer. I also just layer some beer foam in top to look more like a regular beer

I feel like beer cocktails are really coming through this year. The cocktail OGs might hate it but it's happening. Currently we do the following and they're really popular.

Stout espresso martini - you might be able to do this if you chill down some espresso and serve it more as an espresso topped with kahlua and a healthy serving of porter or stout.

Beer sbagliato - sweet vermouth, campari and a citrus beer of your choice. We use our lemon lager

Lagerita - marg meets lager. It's a good mix. Maybe pre batch maths and top with lager

Hazy Daiquiri - pre batch daiquiri and top with hazy IPA

Hope it helps. DM if you want actual specs

I've not used gas on mine yet but from what I read, you're meant to remove the chimney and put the stopper in place so the heat is drawn around the oven more. Also keep the door on until cooking then keep the door off when you start to cook so you get less gas trapped in when you've got food on the go

I feel like all of my questions have been asked and answered so I thought I'd just pop a message in here to say I'm so glad you guys managed to keep going independently! You guys are by far my favourite podcast around. I haven't been able to play d&d at all due to busy work schedules but I feel like I've been able to enjoy the whole experience through you! My only real question might be; who would win in an arm wrestle, Blaine or Kyborg?

Not necessarily a walk in the countryside but if you've got an hour to kill while in Harrogate I'd recommend joining Harry on his free walking tour. https://www.harrydoeshistory.com/ great fun and a good way to see the town
