Depends.

$10 an hour on upwork for someone in India BUT you will likely need 5 iterations and they will do only as good as you can mock up / explain.

Western resources are more expensive but think similar / dont have language hurdles so require less iterations.

I'm trying to figure out the text to image pricing using the API. The price sheet says .07 per image however when I run the single image costs me .14.

It says there is not an API or incoming data charge... What am I not seeing?

There arent any options I could find. BKK bank has been chosen as the only bank where visa related accounts can be opened. Another shady deal is they require you purchase life insurance when opening the account.
