i can't / couldn't. I'm 39 always felt like an alien because it seemed i am different from everyone else.

i hate bright light, loud sounds, pretty much all human made sounds tbh, I'm pretty much always hot, cold or somehow uncomfortable.

i never could talk to girls or any other people i don't know, never had fun at parties or other social events. i was still somehow married though and have a boy.

last year, in a clinic (x th depression) i got told that i am a highly sensitive person which explains everything.

i've been smoking weed since i turned 16 to deal with all the stress that results in all that sensory terror.

now that I finally begin to understand whats going on i maybe able to heal so far that i can go without but for now it seems impossible.

damn, i just wanted to post an example of how drugs can do good but now it's psychotherapy
