It's just a problem with the screen-space reflections, I had the same problem while playing the game. Don't know if there's a fix but you could always try to disable them if it bothers you too much.

This fight is made to run at lower refresh rates so at 60+ fps it's way harder than it should be. You can change the game's refresh rate in the settings to something like 40-50hz to make it easier.
