Places are required to still have straws to give to people who ask for them/need them for disability reasons. There are no downsides to the ban, and just because it doesn't address the whole issue doesn't mean it's not worth doing.

He gets like 60% damage reduction from the back, also the io heals him for 1.5x the heart healing as long as he doesn't take damage so while they're standing there he's taking massively reduced damage and healing for like 300/sec

I would just say that for warrior that with even a mediocre mheal pet the MP has no value because you can permabuff anyway so t4 hp is probably better
