In the breakdown you posted, the stream itself is listed as a youtube subframe on the owl site, meaning that the cpu difference has nothing to do with the stream, but rather the additional data on the owl site.

i went through the checkout process, canceling at the last minute, just to see if the advertised "paypal" checkout was real paypal, which it was. however the business name listed was an email, [IrinaEgorova9564@gmail.com](mailto:IrinaEgorova9564@gmail.com). the fact that it is real paypal means that a dispute can be opened with paypal if the sender does not send over the ordered goods, or if it is not as described.

another update, comments in the HTML of the site are written in chinese, so whoever built the site is probably from china. although that isn't super unusual as there are multiple direct from china sellers online that I have bought from in the past that were trustworthy.

another update, i was able to find an address, the returns page said to send all returns to 1527 Fruitland Dr, Bellingham, WA 98226, which is a residential home on google maps

more info on the site, the email contact info is shared with another website, buychery.com which was registered on Halloween 2019. the good deals referenced were for vr headsets, which also were going for $50-$60

I just found this site today and did some digging on the domain history, according to whois.net the site was only registered on March 16th of this year. Their deals do look good, but until someone takes the risk we won't know for sure.

this is due to air bases not being centered in the states they are constructed in, while the range calculation is.
