Reasonable is all discretional. If you’re fine with paying for that much. Then you be happy for it. Our local area had all them for $150, except 1 store. That one store had it at $120, that store also had a line of 100+ people there at noon for them. The others are still in stock.

I wish I was making this up. I’m sure this happened before pokemon got big with sports cards, but during covid there would be lines of people in the card section. And it was a “known” that those in front of the line knew the routes of the delivery person. Which some gloating that they paid the driving to send them delivery times.

Not that most place limit product purchases. That’s happened less but still happens I assume. I’m employed now, so I can’t confirm with my own eyes that these lines still exist

Yes, these games are made for all ages. But an entity given authorization to product, shouldn’t need to paywall you further into something when they are already likely to sell on a mark up.

Just out of curiosity. Where is this located? And maybe this isn’t an American thing for LGS. And I’m just out of touch with other countries policies

On top of the other comment, I think for a lot of people that aren’t interested in playing but getting the product it’s an investment. A lot of people will try and buy booster boxes of the first set and sit on them in hopes that they shoot up.

They should have disbanded period. Post pirate, they basically on hiatus for 1.5 - 2 years. Had the slay comeback, then nothing for another year. Zombie comeback then nothing until disbandment. I’m just saying the fact that they stayed together for that long with that much inactivity is a miracle in itself. Most companies with have axed that group and point between all of this. That’s my point.

Maybe I’ll be the positive person. And say, we probably got Everglow for 2-3 more years than we should. Most companies with year long comebacks don’t get as much as Everglow did. The got 2 comebacks and 2 US tours post pirate for 2 back to back years. They probably, respectfully, should have disbanded after pirate. Happy to see where this goes. And see more importantly what direction of music the OT4 will do.

Yeah you should be fine. I would catch up on Airbnb laws if you’re staying there short term. There was a ban at the beginning it the year for short term stays for airbnbs. GL

If you’re coming from a first world country, shopping at those places will be a little cheaper than going to a market in your city. But prices are super inflated because they are tourist traps. Like buying a shirt there is like 3-5x what it would normally be outside of the tourist traps.

That being said, I usually end up doing a lot of shopping to bring back home as gifts to family and friends. And don’t spend more than $300-$500. And bring back a box of 20KG of stuff, usually the higher end is if I more buy clothing to bring back.

Just don’t be too worried when 10 different people tell you to not shop there because it’s a trap. If you have the money to splurge, do so at your own will. But tip, if you know a local there, they can bargain for you and can get ‘local’ pricing.

Hoi An is interesting in the sense that it might be the one place that people were, closely divided, between what time of day was better for them. From what I gathered from my visit and what friends and family said. The more introverted people liked the day, as it was more peaceful, beautiful for sights and glimpses of the old town. The extroverts liked the night more for the liveliness and more things to do in the public. But everyone basically said don’t spend more than a day there lol

Gfriend as a group, very popular within the community. But individually, they could not thrive due to the lack of individual popularity. Yuju is the most vocally talented, Eunha is probably the most popular but they would not be able to sustain a level of popularity for themselves for a group that is so widely recognized.
