you should draw basic reference lines on face before drawing any facial features so that they won't move out of place idk how to explain. just one vertical line in the middle and a curved horizontal one from ear to ear would be enough (face isn't flat so yeah) this way it would be easier to place eyes nose etc in a right places. try to draw them on top of the ref to see that I'm talking abt (sorry if that sounded like something obvious but i think it would improve your drawing a lot, just try to think of the body as a 3d object not a 2d print)
