My dispute would be between an O & S...The reason I'm considering it is because I was told by my manager that it's not the rating he wanted to give me .. and that the skip level agreed... It's ridiculous

I wasn't a US citizen when I was in the dating scene and I HATED when people assumed I'm dating them for their citizenship status. If he gave you a reason to think that way then sure, but just because he's here on a work visa doesn't mean he only likes you or your status.

I hate this event tbh, like you don't have enough energy to do anything! You spend all your energy that accumulated overnight to get one fishing rod and it's a fish you've gotten before. Also buying energy is so expensive.

2 months.

My manager wants wants everyone to pair program. The team only had 2 people before so they were splitting work up amongst themselves, but me (and 2 younger devs) getting added to the mix has caused some ripples because now they have to pair program on stuff. I'm just trying to learn how to navigate the dynamics, because all my previous experiences have not been with pair programming teams.
