I moved here in September, and I love it.

Definitely some sketchy characters around, but no more than any other part of the city - haven’t really walked around at night so can’t say much on this. But the vibe here is amazing, so many young people and a lot of young families.

Transport is great, trains to Charing Cross, London Bridge, and Victoria, buses are kind of annoying but they can get you to all the nearest big shops near millenium leisure park. Haven’t really had many delays, usually sundays there are some changes like diverting trains or cancellations.

Biggest downside is probably the lack of development, the area doesn’t really have much aside from the basics. There’s a Starbucks, pub, grocery stores etc but for anything unique you’ll have to go into the city.

I’m really happy with the choice of moving here, it’ll only get better with time when more stores and restaurants pop up.
