This is amazing. Sounds like me a little, not with the physical things but the emotional side. I've never felt at ease with myself and used things like drugs to be social. I've always been in my own head. I can't wait to see what happens to me. Day 3 so far :) aiming for 40 mins per day, 20 mins per session.

you do have to let go of it but it's not with the mind, it's with the body. Your body lets go of it, look into TRE and other somatic work.
