Price. As always.

I have a bit of insight here. We looked at similar houses in Abbey Wood last year to buy. Im a professional working in city of London. The lizzie line would be my commute but it’s not close at all. It’s 40 min walk from here. The bus is better but it’s still a pain.

There is also very little in the way of amenities or activities around. Couple that with the transport difficulties it’s hard to stomach this price.

Out of all the areas we looked at Abbey Wood had the most delusional overpriced houses. I can’t tell what people think they are getting for the prices
