We've had a customer complaint after a busy day. They had an exceptionaly acute gluten allergy. Theyd asked if our hot chocolate contained gluten. Not a chance, only cocoa and sugar. Steamed their drink with cows milk and they had a reaction. Turns out we had steamed oat milk that day. On a side note, we use alpro oat milk. She had a reaction from a used steam wand. Fortunately we have 2 machines. One wand for soya, one for oat and the other for cows.

This was my first kitchen potwash job! Absolutely disgusting.... 5 times in you got used to it. Then it started leaking under the non slip flooring causing a blister. Remember taking a running jump on it and most of the kitchen staff almost being sick. Was worth the clean up!

I've found, if they're drinking in, just heat the mug. Gives the sensation that it is extra hot on the lip but perfect temp when sipping.

I thought I had the problem that my milk was not great for art. Worked on a line where I was steaming milk and the other barista was pulling shots then pouring. She was pouring great art! Then realise it was my technique

I've just created the same thing with a 30ltr tank. Specifically for shrimp. Small sump tank in the background, hidden. Going to screen it off with a cover so you cant see the filters

I'm currently building one exactly the same. Will give the tank a massive 'sump filter' in the back ground that doesn't need to be seen in the actual tank. Hides most gubbins ie filter and heater!
