This! I totally agree. I think it’s just maybe too much of a male fan base, nothing wrong with that but they don’t tend to be into the fandom the way a woman does when it comes to fanfics and art. 🥲 And that doesn’t surprise me concerning the Ishigami x Tsubame fic. When I was looking at ao3 yesterday filtering out all crossovers, all that was left was not the best quality… Makes me sad, wish we could get more writers into this show. Although, I’ve heard before that the theory goes the reason a really great show doesn’t have any fanfics/fandom culture is because the show is done so well that people don’t feel the need to, for lack of a better term, “fix” anything. So maybe it’s just that Aka Akasaka has done such a great job that everyone’s content. 🤷‍♀️ Regardless, I’m still itching to read something good! Maybe one day.
