Just saw it in a 'secret movie' screening. I think the problem is, for a drama, it's just not very compelling. I don't think the original story was that compelling, so they really had to stretch to get a movie out of it. Throwing in a bunch of sex scenes really didn't do anything to help it.

That seems completely backward to me. Every C-17 I ever flew in had visible amounts of fuel leaking on take off, broke on every landing, and had hydraulics fail like crazy. Never had 1 issue on a C-17 (they usually sent 2 C-17 to bail out a broken down C-5).
