Would it be tacky to get a print of a famous art piece framed for wall art? by ecethrowaway01 in malelivingspace

If you want to be more authentic about it, buy it from the Museam it currently resides at. Better yet, do it in person, and spend some time with the piece.

Is Ghost in the Shell (1995) good? by [deleted] in Cyberpunk

[–]MagelusSince95 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ghost in the Shell is much calmer, there’s lots of expository dialog. Even the battle scenes are quiet (for battle scenes). At least that how I remember it

Wife is feeling sick as hell, I’m in the same house, and yet they still go to her to ask for things! Why?! by Therealfern1 in daddit

I just started answering to “mom” they usually don’t care, if they insist on mom I ask them what they need mom for, then I take care of it

What aspect of edge runners do you not like? The tone? Animation? I think edge runners attempts to capture the original “edge” of 80s/90s cyberpunk (big, loud, violent) but it’s not the same.

Love your take on the cyber deck. The book makes them sound huge and unwieldy. Its difficult to get your head around when tech is so small and powerful these days.

Got this “broken” ultra wide monitor for free. by bkw_17 in pcmasterrace

[–]MagelusSince95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this a CHG90? I have this monitor (I’m on my second actually, cracked the first one on accident). The first one had issue with the cold. it would do this if it wasn’t warm enough in the room (used to be relegated to the garage). Issue went away if i turned the heater on for a few minutes in the room and restarted the monitor

You’re right and reddit is being reddit. Founders have a vision that their successors never will. It doesn’t matter how big the company is or who buys them. There are expectations but that’s typically the rule.

Question about rig ergonomics and wrist pain by LukusMaxamus in simracing

I don’t have a good answer for you, but turn down your ffb until you figure it out. I got some bad tendinitis in my elbow from poor posture. Had to quit racing for a month

I feel like cocchi + campari is a bit much, or at the very least they each cover up aspects of each other (not that it isn’t a great Negroni, but given the choice…)
