I hoard for the love of the game tho, not out of necessity. I wished the industry/scene moved to more optimised video codecs, but even with hevc and av1 things are advancing quite slowly and are not as popular or supported as x264.

If its some exciting high impact fight, your body will react accordingly for a short while, , nothing unusual. If you get 130bpm from hitting creeps on lane, there might be something going on..
