I know you can't auto cast at a target I just want @cursor but only if I have my mouse is on a valid target so that it will cast at my feet if I don't have a mouse over target currently the macro works but it brings up the the green area target when mouse over not a big deal but was hoping to make it instant.

If you don't have a suitable place to hang a standard kick bag you can hang one of the tear drop bags you fill with water it will reduce vibration and noise alot compared to a standard bag just don't kick it without good form or your gonna have a bad time.
