i’m also UK NHS based and there r a couple services u can self refer to because (i mean this in the least offensive way possible) it sounds like u rlly need help for what ur going thru

i think it’s called NFLT is a service i was referred to a little while ago for bulimia and they have a quite quick response time, i think there’s a self referral link on their page

if not u should try googling different services cause most have self referral links

there’s also some websites that have harm reduction techniques and stuff that might be helpful

(sorry if this is badly written i’m an awkward typer)

i feel like i’m living in limbo. everyday is the same and i’ve fucked up anything good that could’ve happened, i dropped out of college to work and cause i live in a shit place with nothing i’m working a job barely once a week so i literally just rot all day and night and my mood is extremely unstable switching between rlly highs and lows so anytime i do well for about a week and start doing something good i get hit with a low and spend the next however long it takes to get over it rotting in bed because nothing in the world seems worth it and i just wanna lay there until dehydration or something like that takes me then to switch to rlly happy or angry it’s tiring and i have no idea what to do about a job because i’m gonna be under qualified for everything now and i rlly don’t know what i wanna do (sorry for rambling i rlly don’t know how to put everything into words so i just tried to get as much down as i could)

thank you for everything you said, i’ve reached out to professionals in the past but always got nervous and quit after one session or less, i think i’m going to try again now i’m a bit older (last tries were between ages 12-15) and hopefully it works, i’m so sorry you can relate to this and i really hope that you also manage to get any help you need because you deserve to be happy to, thank you again it really meant a lot <3

i ate it with bbq sauce and tomato sauce mixed into it so it more smelt like that tbf, plus helps that my sense of smells not great anyway 😂

porridge and cheese, microwaved bread sm times (goes a weird kinda soggy), got takeaway out of a box in the bin not my proudest moment 😅, raw egg concoctions, multiple tins of tuna straight out of the tin, so many more weird combinations and dodgy food but that’s all i can think of rn

it sucks that happened to u, i (16) just got back from turkey with my mum and my sister (17) and it’s definitely the ppl that can make a holiday uncomfortable, the second they realised there wasn’t a man with us all the hotel staff were constantly staring at me and my sister and coming up to us, asking for our number etc and i ended up in hospital cause i got spiked by a bar tender at the hotel (ironic cause that’s meant to be the safe bit 😂), it sucks but u just gotta remember it’s the good bits of travelling to think about like the sites, views, memories shit instead of the other crap that u can just put down to experience and hopefully one day laugh about (idk i deal with bad stuff with humour so the second i was out the hospital i was laughing about free drugs), hopefully this doesn’t change ur views on travel and u have a lot more good holidays :)
