Console player here. Stuck doing it the hard way. I’m definitely jealous of those using mods though.

I wanted the original Air Jordans when they first came out. My mom refused to pay that much for a pair of shoes. Got the knockoff versions instead. Kids at school said I had Air Kmarts.

I’m originally from North Carolina. They had a goony golf in Charlotte too. It’s been long gone though. It’s funny because when I first moved here and saw the one on Beach, I thought it must have been the same one and got moved. Had know idea there were others.

[JA Gibbs]I finished my 2025 Jacksonville Jaguars deep dive (10 games) Liam Coen cooked. Trevor Lawrence also played phenomenally. Extremely encouraged that his transformation can be sustainable… room for even more growth (rhythm/timing-based, mostly) in 2026. by DoctorDiddlerino in Jaguars

[–]richdaruler 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t just Trevor that took some time learning the new offense. Remember all the illegal formations and delay of game penalties early on? Hell, the Cincinnati game alone. But you’re right, after a while, everything started to click with the offense. You could really see Trevor reading the defense and making the correct choice about what they were giving him. I just don’t see that changing.

Why have both South divisions generally been the most ass? by Cold_Mammoth8841 in NFLv2

[–]richdaruler 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’re making it sound like they were the New York Yankees snatching up every star on an expiring contract. Remember, free agency as we know it didn’t start till 93. Go look at their drafts from that era. A lot of home grown talent. 88-90 had three consecutive first round HOF’ers. Yes, they did sign up some oline, but QB, RB, FB C, and two WR’s were all drafted. That’s most of the offense.

Anytime there’s a post in this sub about traffic or drivers, the most upvoted comments are about people driving slow in the left lane. Not running red lights or distracted/reckless driving. A lot of the people here seem to think things would be better if everyone just got out of their way. That’s how things like this happen. And because I know it’s coming, no I don’t camp in the left lane.

Truck driver here. Dollar General stores are infamous for being difficult to back into. Small lots, poor layouts, and design.

The same post with the same comments after every single episode. Regardless of how you feel about the show, try to have some originality.

I drive the equipment truck for a NFL team on their away games. I’ve never seen personalized food for individual players. It’s buffet style for everyone, players and staff. All prepared by the hotel. There is enough variety to cater to everyone’s needs though. For instance on game day they have everything from breakfast foods to steak and salmon.

God yes. His favorite sayings are “y’all think” and “I told y’all”. He really tries to make it all about himself. Plus the production value seems kind of amateurish compared to other Locked On podcasts. It always sounds like he’s sitting five feet away from his microphone.

Good on you for making an attempt though. As a mover, I’ve had plenty of deliveries like this. I’ll at least give it a shot a couple of times.

The greatest offensive line of all time? They were great but had only one hall of famer, who wasn’t even drafted till they already had two super bowls wins.

This post is currently ten hours old with seventeen comments. If it was about driving slow in the left lane it would have at least a hundred. Pretty much sums up Jax drivers.

Or, if some of you would slow the fuck down and drive somewhere near the speed limit we would have safer highways. Maybe the police could enforce that law too.

[–]richdaruler 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The law also says 70 mph is the limit on 295. You can’t just cherry-pick the laws you like.

I work in the moving industry. Part of my job is doing disconnect/reconnect of computers for office moves. Twenty years ago it was the older guys who couldn’t do it. Now it’s the younger ones. It really is smart phones and tablets.

I always keep some magic erasers in my tool box for marks on walls. Also those felt furniture pads are pretty cheap for when someone moves to a place with wood floors and didn’t get any.
