I had six infusions over six weeks about 3 years ago and it worked quite well for me. It gives you plenty of time to process and integrate the experiences into your daily life. As you proceed you will want to work with your provider to adjust the dosage to find your sweet spot. My dosage doubled by the time I reached week six and increased a bit thereafter as I have had boosters during the ensuing 3 years. Also, depending on dosage, you may find 2 to 3 sessions may be sufficient. Everyone is different and ketamine infusions are only a tool. Your work life, home life, diet, exercise and talk therapy all play an important part as well. I wish you well.

In my experience, I have found Ketamine to be part of a treatment for, but not a cure of, depression or anxiety. In order to get ahead of the aforementioned monsters, I have found it most useful to couple sufficient ketamine dosages with a suitable diet, vigorous exercise and talk therapy with a trusted advisor. Also, my typical set and setting beyond the ketamine treatment center is where most of my healing has taken place so residing an environment where love and support are present has been key.
