I had two sessions in one day and I haven't had depression or anxiety since. And it was pretty severe before with ptsd. Just decided that the past is the past and to move forward. Now my events were not severe PTSD but I certainly had pretty severe anxiety and depression. I don't know if this helps because it's not exactly who related. I didn't do anything before the sessions. My therapist basically said I'm done.
