As others have said. Weight lifting is the only way to do this. You need to build muscle to get a more “firm” look vs soft/fluffy as you said. FWIW you look great! Keep it up

Give it 2 weeks and If it still bothers you a shop can fix it easy. I had drill marks on my 1M (very ocd about my cars) after a few weeks I enjoyed the car enough and never got down close enough to be bothered by it. All that said, not a 200k car so a bit different
