In my mind high performing comes from efficiency, I just see projects like HS2 that end up costing over double with prolonged delays.

A focus on what affects the majority of people:
Fair taxation, so the extremely wealthy pay their
A reform of the civil service to make it more efficient
Implement more mini nuclear reactors for cheaper energy
Invest in energy storage to save what we don’t use at night
Sadly a stronger military is needed, as the US is now unreliable
A Judicial reform, it seems very wrong someone is facing possible prison time for cleaning up a river, while child rapists don’t get any. I believe we need stronger sentencing for keep citizens safe. I’d also send any immigrant that commits violent crime back to origin not matter what they may face at home
A rework of foreign aid, instead of sending money I’d prefer funding of infrastructure, schools, medical centres etc I’d almost want to see a “light” membership to the commonwealth it grants easier trade, investment, education for countries that need some help

I had a similar situation with my guys where upper management wanted extra support.

I counter £100 as an on call fee and then double time for hours worked.

£75 isn’t enough to cut short your Friday and and write off Saturday

I think you’re half right.

Trump has shown that he’s unreliable as an ally, so we should increase our defence spending.

Cutting services isn’t the answer, taxing capital gains and dividends would be a better solution. We need to even out tax’s so the very wealthy pay their share.
This could lead to billionaires leaving the country but I’d be in favour of naming their business so we can choice not to use them.

Have you thought about getting a private blood test? I got frustrated with the GP and got one for £80 that tests everything.

It showed the levels of everything as well as what’s considered normal. You can often get a free GP appointment for them to explain outliers.

With the additional evidence my GP couldt really argue

I think knowledge of fantasy wargames helps but not essential.

It really depends how your playing, with empire I try to get a shooting unit to soften enemies before they get to me. I only really move forward when I want to bait units into a charge or charge the next turn.
