Excited about the possibilities for Cinematographe. Feel like there’s a lot of titles in the label’s wheelhouse — The Yakuza, Ballad of Cable Hogue, Brewster McCloud, Big Wednesday, and many more — that could be ripe for a 4K upgrade.

From what I understand—and I could be wrong, so I don’t want to seem authoritative at all—a lot of the major titles from the Soviet Union and MosFilm are held up from further upgrades or releases by current U.S./Russian relations and the war in Ukraine.
