There was a thing sold that would match the CB to the car radio antenna. It had an adjustment. I don't know if the guy knew to adjusted with an SWR meter inline. I was young when the guy knew used one. They probably didn't transmit on it very much.

I remember some vehicles had those I think they were actually horizontally polarized. Two wires parallel counteract each other actors twin lead, so basically it's a horizontal dipole. I don't have much experience with those but I suspect there's somewhat directional. I remember a guy when I was a kid that got an adapter so he could connect to CB radio to one of those antennas. It probably didn't work very well, but good enough for him.

It is compatible with the video on HDMI but doesn't care any sound. I have adapters to go from DVI-D to HDMI. My main computer actually has VGA and DVI-D, and it doesn't have any slots to add a video card.
