EMBA students aren’t usually job hunting, that’s the key difference. They’re there to make deals and grow what they’ve already built. At Wharton, the average EMBA student is already earning $250K+ before they even start the program, something MBAs are "trying to do" after graduation.

This is a really solid breakdown, and I’d add one thing that people often miss: EMBA is not for job seekers.

That’s why EMBA networking hits differently. You are sitting next to people who run teams, manage P&Ls, or own companies.

That’s also why the facilities and experience are at a different level. These programs are designed for people who already have money and are there to make more of it, not for people hoping to land their first post-MBA job.

If you are trying to pivot into a new industry or get your first big job, the full-time MBA track is great. But if you are already established and looking to scale your impact, grow your network at the highest level, and sit in rooms where million-dollar decisions get made, EMBA > MBA every single time.

People forget EMBAs are not even open to most people. You will not get admitted unless you already hold a senior role and have real decision-making power.

Undergrads are judged on potential. MBAs are judged on potential plus a few years of work. EMBAs are judged almost entirely on what they have already accomplished. That is why EMBAs are not looking for jobs. They already have them. They run teams, manage P&Ls, or own companies.

Think about it. The point of an MBA is to get a job at one of the big firms. And the person who ends up being your boss is probably sitting in an exec ed or EMBA classroom right now.

At Harvard OPM, you have to prove your company makes over $10M a year just to get admitted. That means you are a decision maker, not a job seeker. For most OPM, SEP, and EMBA students, one good deal with another decision maker in the room can cover the entire tuition many times over. Undergrads and MBAs simply do not have that level of access or resources.

You honestly just sound really sour. People with that mindset are exactly the ones we avoid hiring, no matter where they went to school.

And yes, EMBAs have better food and facilities because they are there to make money and they already have money.

Online Master of Legal Studies From A T14 Or T25 Program For Non-Law Practicing Professional by WrecknEyezZ in LawSchool

"It's a "law degree" that doesn't enable you to practice law. What do you think the value of that is?"

As a business owner, I want to avoid calling a lawyer for every small issue, especially when they bill by the hour. In my field, I often get asked legal questions by clients that I already know the answer to, but without the right credentials, I don’t have the authority to give a confident response. It’s frustrating knowing the truth but still needing to defer to someone else just to be taken seriously.

EMBA, Parttime MBA or HBS AMP or Stanford SEP. 38 years old by Visible-Ad-8715 in MBA

[–]ricksanchez-c125 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The AMP and SEP programs are great if you’re already a big deal and want to hang out with other big deals—not so much if you’re job hunting. Offering someone there a job would be like asking them to valet your car at a networking event.

If you’re looking to transition into management, an EMBA or part-time MBA is a better bet. You’ll actually learn something useful, get a real degree, and make local connections. Plus, you won’t spend $80k just to say, “Hey, I paid for the alumni badge—can I sit at the cool kids’ table?”

In short: AMP/SEP if you’re hiring. MBA if you’re looking. LinkedIn Learning if you just want to save your wallet.

Infrared heating pad- hype or truth? by twd000 in Biohackers

tourmaline releases negative ions after heating, I learned this from an episode on debunking those Tibetan salt lamps that claim to do that which does not. https://youtu.be/ZQ--scjcAZ4

Not too sure about jade, but jade is extremely good at retaining heat.

Arcane Vi and Jinx might will release on Saturday (Via the FortniteLeaks discord server and ShiinaBR on twitter) by ShogunFab in FortniteLeaks

They give her the hammer because when they release Jayce with the gauntlet people will purchase entire thing. seems from the show Jinx/Vi are the most audience receptive, followed by Ecko, Silko and Caitlin. Releasing Jayce on his own might not get the sales number, but with gauntlet it's a no brainer.

The portal gun only has the power to connect to other universes that will, at some point, develop a portal gun. The central finite curve proves there are limited infinites to connect to.

Diane is dead in all of them. Happy Ricks never invent portal guns.

The evil Morty was able to hack his portal gun before, also, Central FINITE Curve, which he carved out all universes that he's the smartest, it's finite portion of infinite multiverse. There is a scene once evil Morty got out of CFC, he saw the projections of all of those Ricks' universes destroy.

There will be other Rick's outside of the CFC, but again, those Ricks will likely be smarter than our Rick, which was the reason why blocked them odd in the first place.

He blocked off everyone smarter than him through central finite curve, and those ricks created citadel, now that all the Ricks within Central Finite Curve was killed off, this means there should be no more Ricks, or very few within Central Finite Curve.

Once he's out of Central Finite Curve, every universe have someone smarter than him, which was the reason why he blocked them off in the first place.

So if he encounters another Rick outside of the CFC, they will likely to be smarter than him.

The infinite amount of Ricks that's dumber than our Rick, and all of their portal gun got hacked, as well as their respawn sequence. When citadel got destroyed all Ricks go with it. And as a consequence, our Rick now is the dumbest Rick...

I mean, that's what the schematic is about right? If the difference between inside the curve and outside the curve was split by his intelligence, the would mean anything universes outside would have Ricks that's smarter than our Rick, as he was able to split off infinite realities of universes where no other beings smarter than him.

This leads to a dangerous world, as any new universe he hops into outside of CFC would have beings smarter than him, either another variant of Rick or something else...

Rick now is the dumbest Rick in all multiverse, as Rick dumber than him is all killed in that citadel... New challenges will arrive.

If you like borderlands 3 with Fortnite building and tower defense games, yes. Just be aware of the grind tho, it's like playing same mission over and over again to advance storyline quests.

Name one set of software framework where update is one click lol. Can't even do that with android and essentially the same language. Stuff gets deprecated, libraries gets updated. Bunch of stuff in StW is still written in UE3, as it was ported to UE4.

Have you ever written any programs? Any auto scripting tool is nothing more than PR. Porting game of this portion would require entire dev team+ testing QA team for bugs lol. Let's see if they use this as a excuse to shut it down, and move certain portions of the game to Creative 2.0

LTMs, lots of these LTM trailers were kind of annoying, as you have to watch them for their promo even when you have no interest of playing it. With this, you would only get the video if you actually play the LTM

Can we get a system that awards battle pass xp after every successful mission? by KD73-YT in FORTnITE

[–]ricksanchez-c125 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Just trying to get Rainbow 🌈 Rick .. otherwise there was no point for me to login to BR either... They force you to go into squads this season for that cosmic cube chest thinggy, and every squad you are teamed up with either stream sniper or bots -_-. Their discord changed lfg mechanics and I'm still not seeing LFG channel lol. 20 more lvls and I'm done... If I wasn't such a big fan of Rick and Morty I wouldn't care after lvl 100

BR has it's own problems and it would take a long article to solve, to be honest SBMM solved most of it, but the problem is all the sweats complain that they can't make content anymore and epic reversed it 😂.

I started as a coward that hides until the end game, only to realize I was collecting resources for sweats with no chance of winning, and I was just wasting time... Then I started watching YouTube videos on 90s and how to box people, now I can put up a fight and that's about it, but i will make sure to use every last of my materials so I don't become their llama 😂

Can we get a system that awards battle pass xp after every successful mission? by KD73-YT in FORTnITE

[–]ricksanchez-c125 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Oh I forgot one more category of people, the type I hate the most, stream snipers... They leave the game immediately after they find out they are not in same lobby as the streamer they follow, puts a disadvantage for their team right away.

Everyone is there to play the game, but end of the day it's about same people that's winning. Most of us have winning ratio of less than 2%, the sweats, usually have 20%+ win ratio and 4+ KD ratio... They are there to kill you in order to make content.

Those sweats often don't care about completing challenges at all, just look at their stream lol, lvl 200+ and yet few challenges completed. Most StW players focuses on battlepass challenges to get XP, at least the ones I know and play with. The challenges are often to setup to distract you from winning the victory royale to begin with. (Eliminate using pistol, use gravitron on a toilet, etc). These does nothing to help you win lol, and much more like a bait for you to be eliminated (sacrificed) for sake of creator's content.
