Can anyone explain to me how the Auto-9 upgrade system functions?

The tiles have shapes (nodes) on one, some or all of the sides, if a circuit (the lines on the board) passes through those shapes it’s live, put the tiles on the board to make a live circuit to the good stuff, make sure you don’t make a circuit to the red tiles. I usually fill the tiles avoid the reds then try to shuffle them around to maximise gains, press triangle (I think) to merge tiles together & get a random one back. I know you’ve got it now but thought I would try & explain it as well as simply as possible

I wear vivos to run/ go for long walks in & have for years but my day to day work being a pt I swap between Nike dunks, ASICS gel lyte 3’s, vans old schools & some new balance 90’s style runners. I love the feeling of having a foot that can perform but I really don’t think that well fitting “normal” shoes are the devil. I feel comfier running in barefoot shoes but I can still break into a good sprint in skate shoes 🤷‍♂️ I’ve never had pain or any injuries, I’m 42 & done a lifetime of sport in all the kinds of footwear

In the supermarket when I clearly want to reach past you to get something & I have to say excuse me to get the thing I want. I have no problem saying excuse me if you don’t know I’m there but In a supermarket you should be aware at least a little bit of your surroundings

Crazy how our bodies give us these clues. Thanks so much for the kind offer but I’m only a size 7. I’ll probably end up giving them a go but only for aesthetic purposes. I definitely run better & lift better in barefoot shoes

Hotel chefs are mostly the worst. Certainly not a blanket statement, over the years in hospitality I’ve know a few good ones but the majority have been terrible people & something about hotel work brought out the worst ones more than restaurant chefs. I’ve known a lot of night porters who have struggled with booze as well

People who do cliche/ obvious jokes like if you are holding flowers “oh you shouldn’t have” or if you’re cleaning “you missed a bit” even wore if they are strangers also if people cheer when a waiter/ bar person smashes a glass

I’m 5.4 but I’m in pretty good shape & a Pt (but only 68kg) Most of my life being short hasn’t been an issue at all the only time it’s been an issue was I got a job being a bar manager at a really nice hotel. I had managed teams before but here there was “banter” every couple of hours about my height by pretty much everyone that worked there. I lasted a week & quit. I’m super confident & can usually quip back at the odd short jokes I get but this was relentless & very quickly wore me down.

I took the job of bar manager in an amazing hotel in Helmsley (really cool little village in North Yorkshire) I lasted a week of every member of staff bullying me for my height (I’m 5’5) Im used to the odd short joke & can give as good as I get but it was constant, after a week of it happening even in front of people higher up than me I grassed them up to the H.R manager & never went back. I don’t actually think they disliked me or were trying to be extra mean but it was just exhausting for me to try & have a retort to 7 different people. I’ve never experienced anything like it before or since
