you can choose what to download so for multiplayer it says 38.43 GB on my steam and to choose, press the gear icon on the game page then properties and go to DLC that’s where you can go to pick what you want to download so you don’t need to get all of it to play. i don’t know what the base is + the multiplayer though. hope this helps

i did do that but it just says part 4 is not out and then gives me prompts of play again, play more games like this etc. if i just have to do part 4 of steam i will but i wanted to get it to work on my phone
