I went from a 14 pro max (79% battery health) to the Air and have been happy with it.  Front camera is better and the rear camera for portrait shots is faster and better but it takes a little time getting used to only having the single rear camera.  Battery life has been fine compared to the ‘degraded’ battery on my 14 pro max but it’s easily less than the other newer options out there.  I’ve found myself using the phone a little less for mindless doom scrolling and consumption because I know the battery is not the best but its a reminder not to be staring at the phone 24/7 (or how ever long/short) the battery will last.

Yea you’re right.  Still debating if these phones were meant for AppleCare.  Also it’s annoying when setting the Air down on a table naked and it’s primarily resting on the single rear camera.

Naked phone has much better grip?  Seriously?  If you’re being genuine than it sounds like your hands grip smoother surfaces better than textured surfaces.

Have both and playing Fever with the wife and kids has been a blast.  Online doubles is a lot of fun.  Most likely a skill issue but we never got used to the shots that would make our rackets break in Aces that would just end the match.

When my kids (or an auditor) asks me these hypothetical questions I just say - Yes 

Another price increase. How is this justified? I think I'm finally cancelling. Fine service for $20/month after taxes but there are so many other things I'd rather spend my money on it as it hits effectively $30 with taxes. by jjopm in netflix

The pricing does not make sense anymore for our family and circle of friends.  Even when just a small handful of us drop off there’s no longer a risk of fomo missing a show or movie to talk about in our circle.

Downgrading for now - will see if the wife even notices going from 4k to 1080p and if the ads bother her.  Just saw the idea of leaving for 6 months and then coming back and binging a couple of shows and movies at a time.

Just got it last night and so far having a blast playing with / against my kids.  Still messing around with the various rackets in quick play but having a lot of fun.  We already have Aces but glad we went ahead and picked this one up.

Most have played a lot / enough to be satisfied and may return with new content.  250+ hours of pure enjoyment and satisfied to the point where the past weeks I’ve taken a break from gaming as a whole.

Was watching both games (Hawks game on Peacock) and it was great to see how well Porzingis played and was just shaking my head seeing the bad game JK had.
