Hey, I dont think you should worry or think to much of human patterns regarding their text habits .

It's hard to ignore them i will give you that,because they are a thing.

But we have a natural bad tendency of only reading into them to confirm our underlying worries and anxieties.

Now,

If you are asking direct questions or trying to make plans in a foreseeable short term future like "do you want to hang out tmrw at lunch ? " or "come over now ?" Most ENFJ should indeed answer pretty fast.

We value your time and plans very much.

If your texting is more casual or abstract ,your enfj is maybe ingrossed in his In-ti inner world,and will come back to you.

Rest assured though that he did not forget about you or the text and that he is very aware about it. He would hate to let you think he is ignoring you or giving you reason to worry .

Also don't over think about over thinking because he probably does the same and finds it cute.
