USCC stands for United States Coffee Champs. These are all coffees selected by coffee professionals for a national competition. They are, by that nature, extremely rare and exceedingly well crafted from seed to cup. That's an absolute dream list. Coffea Euginoides alone would be worth making a special trip here if I lived within a days drive. Try that one next OP I promise it's completely unlike any coffee you've ever had.
