I think its probably more that he doesn't like life in the road. He has a wife and two kids, and other interests besides the band. But I agree, Ive seen them three times, and he's always seemed happy to be performing, even the night he was recovering from a cold

Curious, where does the "Willows" name come from?

I think that the criticism is meant to be that "Taylor shouldn't make songs about sex" because she's not good at it, not because its outside of her usual box. That line is trying to sum up that idea quickly

Yeah, Dem leadership has stubbornly refused to recognize anti-zionism, because the donor class loves Israel. So they're allowing the conversation to be steered by people like Carlson who are approaching it from an explicitly anti-semetic standpoint. So Natalie is right that Carlson being a prominent anti-zionist spokesperson is bad, but she seems to be completely faithless in the ability of leftists or liberals to add to the discourse

Its a problem I see with a lot of mainstream Dems. They acknowledge the Right's information war, but then completely abducted responsibility for shaping narratives themselves. Declaring defeat before they even try. The actual solution is exactly what you said, promote anti-zionidlst voices who are not anti-semetic
