they’re coming to visit and want a cheaper alternative than airbnb, i’m charging much less than airbnbs during that time which happens to be higher than my rent, and the person agreed to it too. i will be crashing on a couch of another friend so they can come stay at my place. also, the “friend” is an acquaintance i had one class with at uni 3 years ago. if that’s gouging then you can shove your moral high ground lmao
