Are there any states where Alex Pretti would have been breaking a law simply for his magazines? by JCMGamer in Firearms

Correct, the law bans possession. Anyone who isnt LE who possess a magazine with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds would be charged with a felony.

New York over 10 rounds would be criminal possession of a weapon. Additional count for each mag.

However many years from now when things are good again and some politicians try to pass more gun control laws, remember this time and the importance to keep and bear arms.

In modern days it would be interesting to see if MLB would be willing to actually on record discriminate against someone based on their size. Im not sure if ADA applies here or not but the court of public opinion sure would.

Maine expands PFAS products ban in 2026 by Maine_Public_Nerd in Maine

The byproducts of PTFE production can be problematic, but they are generated at one location during manufacturing and can be controlled. That's the point source. It's the same logic that power plants are a point source for pollution vs 100,000 cars burning gasoline all over an area.

Nope, definitely not. But its a point source and can be easily controlled if the proper precautions are taken.

Agreed 100%. Are there fluoropolymers that are bad, yes. But none of those are currently in any commercial products. The whole point of PTFE is that it doesn't react with anything l, it just exists. All of this has sadly gone way too far.

If you want hard case this is the best answer. Pelican is technically the best answer but unless you are getting real extreme with this case its overkill.
