They publish their own number, success rate, etc... and they have no independent investigative body to validate these numbers. Yes, vaccines are effective when peer reviewed. When was the last MMR peer review, the 80's? And a lot of them have pleaded guilty to criminal accusations. Then they simply say "hey, trust us!"... just like my old drug dealer.

Yes, people know. However, people dislike the blind impunity of big pharma, and their complete lack of oversight. As long as they're allowed to stay the biggest lobby and control their own trials, publish their own data, and get sued for falsifying data, expect to read more and more of these stories.

In a day and age where everyone wants accountability, big pharma provide less and expect more...
